Super Mario 3DS will have 3min levels...HUH

Yoshiaki Koizumi of Nintendo mentioned in an interview that Super Mario 3DS will have 3 minute levels.This is to appeal to the core mario players whose use to blowing through the levels in speed runs. I want this game to last long I'd hate to blow through it the same day I crack it open. It's like the thrill of waiting is longer than the actual experience almost like waiting on line for 2 hours at a theme park only for the ride to end in 4 seconds. No Thanks!
